You can change MA method, and StopMA stoch parameters, and how many bars to confirm cross of StopMA_stoch.

Please change input parameters of CatFX50 Indicator. StepMA_Stoch_PeriodWATR, StepMA_Stoch_Kwatr and StepMA_Stoch_HighLow.

I checked. Yes, arrow would be appear and then disappear.
When the beginning of the bar, StepMA_stoch is opened to arrow position (up for long, down for short), arrow is appeared. Then in the same bar, price and StepMA_stoch moved to opposite direction and crossed with opposite side (down for long, up for short), arrow is disappeared.
And also arrow appear in the middle of a bar. This is not good. But I cannot correct.

Sorry, I cannot program of confirmation of StepMA_stoch correctly. Values of StepMA_stoch are changing in the same bar. So sometimes arrow appears and disappears in the same bar. This means we cannot know disappeared arrow. So we cannot back test correctly. And it makes whipsaws.
But I think this code follows your rules. Please set input parameter “confirm_StepMA_Bars=3” or others. It means check of StepMA stoch must be crossed with in 3 bars.

I have been following this discussion with great interest. Please tell me why you have selected the "50" and not say the "34-MA" which I use with great success. Thanks for your sharing hearts.

As Daytraders, I just find that the 34-EMA gives me better entries and change of direction. My strategy is very different from what you are suggesting here, but the "34" is part of my armementarium. Just want to hear Nina's reason for selecting her setting.

I think, programming of EMA cross is not simple. And now I think, using previous bar’s Low price. And my code is too long to read. So, if the entry signals are corrected, I will remake with more simple code.

This is very good question. Nina what are the exit rules ??
Do you play by the wire (from signal to signal) or do you use some other methods ?

As you are daytrading using the 34ma "with great sucess" I'm sure most traders on here would love to know what methodology you are using, to help make them better traders. This is a forum for traders sharing with other traders after all .. as we see everyday by Nina and others.
