We are using two stop loss indicators for that and moving the stop loss according to the indicators' line. We have two indicators so we may select anyone. Don't remember now about which one is the better. One bad thing only that we should move this stop loss on the close bar as well. It means we are moving stop loss now according to the last bar's indicator value. But it is ok. No problem.

I will continue translation the article here Trading simulators! and will try to backtest this BrainTrading systems for at least 1 year using manual systems backtester. It is not the problem to translate. It is the problem to understand about qwhat to do and how to backtest. So, may be tomorrow I will try to backtest this original BrainTrading rules.

Trades during those 2 days (today and yesterday).

GBPUSD.
in 26th of January, at 10 am Alpari MetaTrader time (GMT+1).
One confirmed signal.
price to enter: 1.9639
Stop loss #1 (choose any): 1.9633.
Stop loss #2 (choose any): 1.9633.
Now price is on 1.9592.
+47 pips.
Order is still opened and if the price will change directon so the order will be closed in the profit anyway (stop loss = 1.9633 now).

USDCHF.
in 25th of january, at 20 (08 pm) GMT+1.
Good confirmed buy signal.
price to enter: 1.2452
Stop loss #1 (choose any): 1.2524. The order was closed already with +72 pips.
Stop loss #2 (choose any): 1.2511. The order is still open.

USDJPY.
No any confirmed signal.

EURUSD.
No any confirmed signal.

AUDUSD.
in 25th of january, at 15 (03 pm) GMT+1.
Good confirmed sell signal.
price to enter: 0.7785
Stop loss #1 (choose any): 0.7743. The order is still open. In profit anyway.
Stop loss #2 (choose any): 0.7750. The order is still open. In profit anyway.

USDCAD.
in 25th of january, at 10 am GMT+1.
Good confirmed buy signal.
price to enter: 1.1799
Stop loss #1 (choose any): 1.1806. The order was closed in profit.
Stop loss #2 (choose any): 1.1809. The order was closed in profit.

+170 pips just for 2 days.
And some orders are open (did not close yet) and stop loss was moved in profit already.

It was the rules with maximum bars confirmation (means not risky rules).

If we take into account the 2 bars conformation rules so we should confirm sell on EURUSD (25th, at 11 am) with +37 pips more (first stop loss indicator) or +47 pips more (2nd stop loss indicator).

Thus, about +200 pips just for two days.

I will not post the images as everybody may download templates with indicators.

adinanet is on a distinguished road
Comparing notes..

ND..

From your notes, I noticed that you took green bar in m15 chart as valid.. I managed to catch the USDCAD but was closed earlier by trailling stop. All other signals were given when I was not at my terminal, so didn't get to open any 1 of them... Anyway, I don't really like to trade on Friday

1 other thing, don't you use any TS and just follow the stop given by the BT's? Isn't that is too risky if we were to use real money that way, unless, off course the stop has moved into profit area...

Will carry on testing it next week....

adinanet,

The rules for this system were not changed during the one year. Green bar is counting as a bar for confirmation. Rules for confirmation is simple:
- buy order on H1 is confirmed if no any red indicator's color on M15. Red. Green is not red and blue is not red. If no red color for selected M15 bars - the H1 signal confirmed. Just no red color. Any color but not red.
- sell - no any blue color.

Yes, I am using stop loss value the same as in 2 indicators and moving this stop loss together with indicators. Sometimes I am having stop loss in mind if I am not affraid for the news spikes.

Just for more clarification.

It was buy signal for EURUSD.
Signal was confirmed by two bar confirmation.
BTW I prefer 3 bar confirmation.
Two bar confirmation is two risky for me.

It was sell and buy signals for USDCHF in midnight. Both were confirmed (4 bars confirmation).

First sell was closed with -16 pips loss. It was fully confirmed signal at 00:00 in midnight (GMT+1) and entrance was at 1 am on new bar opened. BTW we are not trading in midnight!

Last signal (buy) was not confirmed by Parabolic indicator (see image) but having 10 pips stop loss and the order did not closed yet. So if this buy will be closed with losses so this losses will be -10 pips only. It was at 1 am and entrance should be at 2 am.

But we are not trading at midnight. Because nothing good may be happened with USDCHF in midnight. USDJPY may be ok with midnight but not USDCHF.

The same with GBPUSD: it was buy signal in midnight, fully confirmed (4 bar confirmation), confirmed by parabolic but not confirmed by iTrend indicator. Midnight as well.
-24 pips loss.

No any signal on USDJPY.

It was fully confirmed sell at 9 am today for AUDUSD (10 am to enter). But stop loss was too close to the price: stop loss value =16. It is too close for H1 timeframe. Besids this sell was not confirmed by Parabolic. BTW not very risky: you may loss just 16 pips only.

USDCAD.
It was very good and fully confirmed buy signal. See image.
