Which parameter to change if I want to control the BT warning signal (Moed1) arrow warning sensitivity. That is to say I want it appear earlier or want it later by number of Pips. How??

I do not know ... because I am not changing anything. Because it will look like we change it to be good fit on the chart ...
It is signal system and as every signal system - this system is having thenegative side: it is not working with some market condition.
I am using this BrainTrading all the time but I did not trade for 2 moths ... because when I open Metatrader in the morning so I understand immediately: "i will not trade BrainTrading today".
And it is good thing for signal systems that we can know in the morning aout will we trade today or not.
