New version of Frank_mod EA was created by Tokarus and posted in elite section:

Frank_Mod_Margin EA: next version is to allow to open new positions only when the Free Margin is at least 75% of the account Balance. This way we should be limiting the number of open orders.

By the way I am still forward testing previous version of Frank_mod (modified by Kalenzo) for more than 6 months already with good results.
