Thoughts

Because blog is just a personal opinion non related with forum and due to a wave of posts during last weeks I decided to start to share my thoughts about certain things related to trading with a higher degree of freedom.

I like to start with Neural Networks because I've discussed the idea with some friends and some of them are really good programmers/thinkers. They're enlighten me about the problem:

Gold Medal for past week

T3 algorithm is a well know smoothing method.

Several indicators has been written using it.

Problem is nobody took the time to compare the T3 formulas around with the original one developed by Tim Tilson.

But, in TSD some of us we have time and we like to be professionals when writing an indicator. Comparing carefully the instructions made by the original authors with current codes.

On this way, mladen have written the correct T3 version....

Pip Harverster?

On last May I decided to start a thread about Advanced Trading techniques.

Not only following the technical analysis approach, the idea was to include fundamental analysis .

The thread includes most common indicators mixed with my own market analysis based on fundamental data.

As I posted some weeks ago, the thread reached 6000 pips in few time.

Obviously that number comes form the special and current market conditions.

Gold Medal

I decided to send the gold this week to one member: paijolopez

paijolopez have developed a very easy system to trade based on orders with the goal to achieve 20/20 pips per day.

paijo decided to post his method for free with the indicators in use, and that on this case is an spreadsheet. And paijo is also posting daily signals, for free too.

That's a half medal.

The other half it's because paijo have now a 82 pages thread, more than 800 posts...
