I will wish to open an account of trading ( FxLite) with 500 $.
Can I use experts from the Elite Section with a capital of 500 $ ?

I think you are talking about EAs with lowest risk.
So it may be one of my modification of KSRobot (tested since January this year).

It may be Brainwashing (one of the modification). It was tested about half a year as well.

Or it may be some two other EAs (tested 3 weeks only but having the lowest risk and profitable).

It depends on what you want.

But please note that EAs with lowest risk are not trading often and are not generating a lot of pips.

Some interesting (and new) EAs are testing for June contest now.

Many pips - big risk.
Some pips - low risk.

I think it is very personal thing. It is impossible to say that some particular EA will be good for everybody. Because it is necessary to analyze the statements, losses, trades and so on. And each trader is having his own reasonable level of the risk: for some people $500 is nothing and they want to try just to have some hope to increase deposit quickly. The other people need EA with lowest risk to increase deposit in very slow way. Others need just some "normal" EA.
It is personally.

It is the same question with "which indicator is much more good".

Indeed, I wanted to know if there were of EAs with lowest risk. Because I do not want a lot pips (too much risky with this small capital ), I want simply to have pips with this small capital.

I looked at the elite statements and may say the following:

- Brainwashing EAs are profitable (about 6 months testing). Everybody knows that we have Brainwashing 1c and 1c1 versions for M15, H1 and H4 timeframes with and without timefilter. So I am testing all of them. And almost all of them are profitable (but for different pairs).

- Some well-known EA without timefilter (which was not developed on this forum) did -11938 for this week for EURUSD and +2757 for GBPUSD.
The same EA with timefilter had no problem: profitable for USDJPY with no any big losses for the other pairs.

- Goldwarrior (one of the version, M15 timeframe) performed very good for almost all the pairs:

AUDUSD: pips this week 150.
EURUSD: pips this week 150.
GBPUSD: pips this week 200.
USDCAD: pips this week 50.
USDJPY: pips this week 50.
USDCHF: pips this week -50.

- one of my modification of KSRobot which is for EURUSD only is still profitable.

- One of Beluck's EA did more than +1,000 pips (all 4 modifications all together) for this week. Just one modification for H1 timeframe without timefilter:
EURUSD: pips this week 56.
GBPUSD: pips this week 200.
USDJPY: pips this week 0.
USDCHF: pips this week 268.

- one of my EA (for M1 and M5 timeframe) are performing very good for EURUSD, AUDUSD, EURJPY and some other pairs. It is the two weeks testing results for M5 timeframe:
EURJPY: pips this week 331; pips in total 331.
EURUSD: pips this week 0; pips in total 300.
GBPUSD: pips this week -91; pips in total -4.
USDJPY: pips this week 7; pips in total 243.

- I am testing two modifications of Step EA from Igorad. And those two versions did very good profit. It is the one of the versions (H1 timeframe):
EURUSD: pips this week 89.
GBPUSD: pips this week 122.
USDJPY: pips this week 168.
USDCHF: pips this week 159.

- There are some "normal" EAs which are not trading very often.

For example, Igorad's EA based on breakout (H1 timeframe) did the following:
EURUSD: pips this week 115.
GBPUSD: pips this week 84.
USDJPY: pips this week -94.
USDCHF: pips this week 46.

The other EA from Igorad based on breakout as well (and H1 timeframe too) but completely different version did the following:
EURUSD: pips this week 99.
GBPUSD: pips this week 24.
USDJPY: pips this week 16.
USDCHF: pips this week 18.

- And the last news. Igorad's EA (different one) did the following:
EURUSD: pips this week 690.
USDJPY: pips this week 261.
