Don`t want to missuse Your time...

Maybe there`s another account, where I can pay to (as a mediator account)?
In the meantime I will get a CC to avoid such crap matters.

Paypal or e-Gold are two methods available.

I suggest you to contact Paypal Customer Support. Seems the problem is with your account.

PD: You don't need a CC to use Paypal or even to validate your Paypal account. With a debit card is enough.
