I think it is VERY bad you dont have slippage control.

If I trade around news time and I see the market price to be 1.9800 and I hit buy when I wait for execution to confirm the price jump 40 pips and I will just have to accept 40 pips slippage. Can this be true? All other MT4 broker got slippage control.
