I don't know anything about this broker. Just was reading from their website.
It is interesting to see some scalper EA on their Metatrader demo because they stated that all the orders will be opened inside the spread and orders will be executed within 5 seconds (on real account as well).

Just some other information about this broker's condition:
- minimum deposit size $200;
- minimum lot size 0.01;
- no commission;
- limit and stop levels is 0 points;
- freeze level 0;
- hedge margin $0;
- real orders executed within 5 seconds;
- all the orders are places "inside the spread" (if current price is 1.9650 for example, so EA will open the order at 1.9650 within 5 seconds).
- spread starting from 2.

Name of their MetaTrader is WHC Trader 4.0. They have multiterminal as well. To open demo account it is necessary to fill the form http://www.whcapital.ru/platforms/mt4/odmt4/ and download their Metatrader.

It was started also that Water House Capital was founded in 2006 as part of the same holding (Water House Capital holding). They mentioned some partners as Man Financial, RJ O'Brien, Transact Futures, Hot Spot FX. It is stated also that every trader may have his personal broker with WHC. There is the forum as well.

Traders' deposits are insured by insurance company "InGosStrah" (one of the main insurance company in Russia) for the 2 million dollars totally. So 2% will be deducted from deposit as a payment for this insurance (but no more than $2,000).

- Water House Capital Educational Centre, Russian NGO.
- FartLine Ltd., registered in Moscow, licence 003422 issued by Russian Governmental Committee for Physical Culture and Sports in 18th of December 2003.
- St.Petersburd affiliate of FinTradeCapital, Ltd, registered in St.Petersburg.

They have accounts in St.Petersburd and Saratov (for Russian citizens) and in Aizkraukles bank, Latvia (EU) for others.
