There are many modifications of this indicator.
This indicator is from Paramon trading system.

History of the development of these kind of indicators: people say that Paramon traded without any indicators on the chart with great results and other people could not (even they see the trades in real time). So people created this indicator.

An other indicator I found in my MetaTrade. I downloaded new build with this indicator already.
