I just checked it setting all the alerts to 1 on 3 pairs. Noisy. A lot of alerts working. Go to option then events and select 'enable alert'. Or do something else. I am not using this system so may be I do not understand something. But it is ok with alerts (MetaTrader 184 alpari).

As to e-mail sending so post a request to the 'Suggestions for Trading Systems' area.
