Well, I just wanted to make this a separate post.
I'd like to say two things basically. First, the list has just went over a
100 brokers. Secondly, I would like to say a big THANK YOU to everyone and to people who contributed to this thread,
I only compile the list, but YOU all make it happen. Thanks a lot for your contributions guys, I wouldn't be possible without you
