Now - conclusion with the settings:
- OnlyEnterOnFullBars true;
- OnlyExitOnFullBars false
- useClose.Trade.Rules false.

Exit is working.
But the same bug to enter:
OnlyEnterOnFullBars is working not all the time. Sometimes.
