Thus conclusions with alpari with the settings:
- OnlyEnterOnFullBars true;
- OnlyExitOnFullBars false;
- useClose.Trade.Rules true.

The EA is open the order sometimes.
It means OnlyEnterOnFullBars is not working all the time. Sometimes only.
