One of the most biggest problems for MT user. Because the prices according to the TF in use cames with the time from the broker.

The Broker sets the GMT to their convenience and the Trader have not the chance to change that.

This have some advantages but the disadvantages are too superior.

Some examples:

Alpari is gmt+1. And this could be good to avoid the little inside day on Sundays because the week starts always on London monday.

Many brokers do that with a few exceptions, like FXDD wich is in a crazy non understandable GMT +2.

When you´re an H1 or less there is no problem about what broker are you using.
But when you move to H2 or bigger you´ll have many problem, starting by the day close.
FXDD will close the day one hour before Alpari, so, your daily candle will be different.
Maybe the difference is insignificant for someones but not for me.

When you´re in H4 you could have a completely different scenario of what are you seeing against Big Boys are seeing.
Sometimes, one candle could have the close just in the middle of the market maker candles and you could enter in a mover too later or too sooner. Your pivots will be different, etc.

Interbank have the time set to GMT 0. That´s why you see a little Sunday and maybe you could have some trouble to calculate Monday pivots, but the H4 or H2 are the same of the MM and the most popular analysis software used by many big traders and companies who help to create the price, eSignal, Tradestation, FXTrek, CQG, etc.

Because of all this reasons, my preference is to stay (what I want to see) with the big boys and MM.
