I'm not sure if the author of that thread was successful in creating this EA and I have not been able to contact him. There was a .doc attached in that thread that shows the EA's requirements. I have it attached here as well. I am willing to pay to have this written. So if you can recommend someone to write it for me, it would be greatly appreciated.
