I need an EA written that will take signals from my signal provider through email and enter the trades in MT. The signal provider is one of the traders from gfsignals.com. The EA I need is exactly like the one described in this thread:

I'm not sure if the author of that thread was successful in creating this EA and I have not been able to contact him. There was a .doc attached in that thread that shows the EA's requirements. I have it attached here as well. I am willing to pay to have this written. So if you can recommend someone to write it for me, it would be greatly appreciated.
