This forum is a great place and I don't like to see people scammed. The only thing I'm pissed at is, when something is a complete scam. I don't like to see such things on any forum and I would prefer if moderators could prevent it. I got scammed on this forum, feel like it. I have no problem to buy something if it makes what it is advertised to do. But usually reallity is different. So for this reason, it should be moderated.

It's kinda question of to be or not to be. It's still only a medium, that carries information. People are sollely responsible for posting, not forum creators. But as far as freedom of speech goes...f.e. no public forum could support racism or fascism fore example. If it would, it would be illegal. Also I don't know any forum that would support burglars and robbers. If it's a forum where such individuals tend to accumulate more often as they feel opportunity of easy steal, then it should be controlled to prevent such individualls to be given such opportunity.

Create your website and post your crap there then. You don't have to sell it here if you don't want it to be reviewed first by respectable member. This has to somehow be independent and transparent. Test and review results of moderators have to be posted, once approved and gets thru then it can be sold.

There are two threads and systems on this forum that I've bought. GBPUSD hourly system from forextrades...this was totall scam. I think if we got admin to look at it first, then results could be comparable to what he posted and I'm sure nobody would buy that system.

Another thread is GBPJPY system that I've bought. Original strategy consist of two indicators, MACD and RSI (little bit modified settings) and some rules. The results posted...you have to know trade like that. It's not strategy rules that achieve such results. I think if you write EA so trades get executed like exact rules given, it's another scam on this forum.

So moderator should acknowledge whether system is good enough to be sold. Somehow has to say no to these systems (guys I could make thousands on systems if I started to sell them here this way, and probably even could do this normally, have some good ones) and who else than moderator.

So another thrad or subthread to commercial trading systems should be created. COMMERCIAL TRADING SYSTEMS REQUESTS. Once request is placed, moderator has to evaluate and post whether it's good enough to be sold on this forum and if not, give reasons for not allowing it and a right to seller to express his opinion about refusing to prevent saying something like that (it's the first response from forextrades to my question on what he thinks of opinions placed in GBPUSD system thread): "The recent posts on forex-tsd are from a competitor who is selling a different EA, and that person has violated copyright laws and bought my EA so he could distribute it amongst his buddies."....not to give seller right to make another excuses
