ND, these are excellent ideas that should be implemented. The commercial section should be moderated. However i'm not too sure about the Admin testing each commercial product first. I think that if they include there product as long as it abides by the rules stated above, then it should be a matter of "buyer beware" rather then you single handedly testing each and every commercial product out there. Great work though ND, moderating this site must be very difficult in general!
