You are fully right. I am agree with you.
But i want to explain my vision.

What is our forum?
1. Public Forum (forum itself);
2. Elite section;
3. Server where I am testing EAs for elite section.
So it is our tsd forum. Elite section is not my personal one. It's related to the forum. And the server is not mine. It's related to the forum as well. Administrators/moderators may be coming and going away. But our forum will always have public sections, elite section and the server for testing.

Next, look at the threads about elite section on this public forum (in this public forum).
It is in the beginning of the threads. So it was opinion ...

Well.
Next step. Look at Pelele's thread which i closed. What the members asked (the other opinion ...)?

So it was the story.

I will not clarify anything. I just talking about my feeling.

Of course nobody will send commercial mql4 codes for me.
And what can I evaluate ...
Sorry but I will never take any responsibility for commercial selling/buying. But if I can help - so it is ok. Why not?
Any system or EA may be posted without evaluation if I will not have time to "evaluate". We may do it in flexible way.

But i can do something in this case. For example any selling should be well prepared. What do I mean?
- I mean the selling of EAs based on backtesting results only is not good.
- it should be proven (by any way selected by seller)
- trading system should be described a little. For example: "EA based on breakout", or "trend follower".
- broker, deposit size and risk should be mentioned.
- it should be mentioned weak and strong aspects of commercial system. But usually the sellers are talking about strong aspects only. Weak aspects should be mentioned by sellers (not by me and not by buyers after buying).
- If the seller is just started EA creation and just started some other service - it should be mentioned as well (experience).
- no any agressive selling and agressive promotion (repeated posts and so on).

And so on.

Generally there are few good threads in commercials section.
I am talking about how the other people are selling.
So they may teach the other sellers about how to sell.

As a result of this poll i will have a right to accept or not some new commercial threads. Sometimes the sellers were sending the message to me: "why you ... f ... deleted ... i am good seller ... but you are .. Do not do it anymore ...".
So in this case I will send the seller to this thread with poll to speak with members of this forum (but not with me).

Because any administrator is doing everything what the people want.
