I'm affraid that this indicator will show differently with different broker. We know about i_Trend (or iTrend) indicator which is having the different value with different broker irrespective of timeframes. I'm affraidn that this indicator is the same one.

Or just find some indicator to avoid trading in flat market?

If we want to filter so we should filter slightly only. Not fully filtered. Just a little.
