Do you have a live account with them, or are you reffering to their demo?
I ask because most demo platforms have that problem, even Alpari, Northfinance, Neuimex. I use all of them (demo). I was looking at Interbankfx to open an account because of the tight spread and no dealing desk. That is why I ask.
Can someone with a live account on Interbankfx take up the subject? Thank you in advance.
