interbank fx discourages the use of meta4 for live trading for the following reasons
Please note that there are still many problems with the MT4 platform such

> There is a lack of historical data.
> No data in chart after download or update. Solution: close and reopen new

> Refresh on charts doesn't work.
> Some currency pairs in terminal window don't always update.
> Cannot overlap/replace charts buy dragging and dropping from the market
> watch window.
> Cannot modify trade tickets sometimes.
> The back tester (strategy tester) does not work.
> Tick window sometimes says "waiting for update"
> Cannot change periodicity
> Market Watch does not keep pairs in the order they were set up after
> closing

> * NOTE -If you decide to open a live account on the new Version 4.0 and

> want to move back to the current Version 3.83, the move may take up to 1
> week and you will be out of the market and not able to trade for that
