I have been demo'ing NF for a few weeks. I have had to contact them for a couple of questions. They have never responded when I tried contacting them via e-mail using their advertised address -
support@northfinance.com. If I want a timely response (or any response), I had to use their live chat option. The 2 times I tried using live chat support, they were no help at all. I found the conversation frustratingly difficult.
Today, 9/1, I just tried trading the US Non-Farm payroll news release. The servers timed out with no connection until about 12 - 15 minutes after the news release. There were other time outs following the initial re-connect. It's 25 min after the NFP news release and I'm still getting shotty connections.
