HotSpotFX's retail platform is NOT straight-through processing like their institutional side - they hedge just like every other standard FX dealer.

Guys you all need to step up to reality and realize that while yes *some* dealers are crooks, it is most likely your bad trading that is getting you pissed off at all of them. If you get bad spikes or something like that (ie InterBankFX, FXCM, etc.) then that's certainly understandable to be upset with them, but you need to go to them directly WHEN IT HAPPENS and it is likely that they'll fix the problem no questions asked. I've had this happen so many times and it's never been a problem to get a solution. When I've had tech issues with FXDD they ALWAYS, I repeat ALWAYS have handled it with no questions asked and credited my accounts whenever it was necessary.
