Besides if you are creating the EA and it may be on 40 or 50% ready but you need just a help with something so i think that everybody who know mql4 programming will help (if it is interesting for them of course).

I have a thread going there. I have made some progress learning and still gotten a little stuck getting the ea to use the indicator as a filter for the orders. I was happy to get the indicator copied into the EA and not get any compiler errors after some effort. Now I just need to get the right expression to use to disallow the orders using the right variables from the indicator.
I have looked for assistance on this all day with no one available or who knows how to do it any more than I do.
