i agree too not only about M1 but any timeframe backtest are not reliable i worked day and night on one of the ea only to find out it's a huge losser so i started testing it live and from that point it's doing good in 5 majors i have a trade opened in gbpusd from 1.8246 , euro from 1.2652 and jpy opened once closed at profit and now open another at 116.02 my point is live testing is a must if you are going to put hard earned money and for atleast 3 months i guess that how i am planning to work ea i develop.
