Plus I already stated that some platforms have only 21 or 22 pairs. my patform has 28 pairs. re-read that for me will you? my statements is straight forward.

meaning that most platforms do not offer the 28 fx pairs i stated other than mine, fxopen and fxpro and maybe someone else i don't trust.
