Ok...what I'm trying to achieve is this.
Knowing as I do, the way in which brokers/Spread betting companies/Bucket shops etc...will swap an account from online, to telephone trading or betting when a degree of success is reached, I'm planning to trade a number of small accounts through an equal number of providers. In the hope that they will not be flagged & swapped.
On one of my telephone sockets, I have my conputer with a wired internet connection, and three monitors. At present the setup gives me three accounts.
I know I could run a wire from a different socket, & use it to feed another desk top/laptop, but I really would like to do away with that additional wire.
So, I need to know if it is possible to continue with my present setup, and to add a wireless internet connection to one of the spare sockets (Using the same ISP).
I would then add two more monitors, two more currency pairs, & trade them from the laptop.
Thanks
Eh, it doesnt work that way. You need to buy a wireless router (im guessing you have a dsl or cable) and connect that router to the socket, then connect the computer you currently have to the router with a wire. after setting up the router you can connect as much laptops/computer wirelessly as you want. The only problem is that they are sharing the same connection so that can decrease your speed, but you shouldnt "feel" that while trading.
