new twist to Positivepips signal service scam
new twist to Positivepips signal service scam
This is to warn folks who maybe taken in by a smooth operator Emerson Duhart who was not long ago selling a bogus EA for $3-5K to newbies and all the forums had his number.
Now it appears that he has rebooted and now selling a signal service? Why does Emerson not trade his own signals and make his own monies trading? Where does he get time to defraud the public with lies and unethical behaviour and givinf forex a bad rap.
Here is what an accomplished trader has to say about signal services at FF.
Ask the signal providers to prove actual traded signals performance
What Questions to ask the currency trading signals provider
1. How is their customer service? Email them. How long does it take to get a response? Are they polite? Is their answer helpful?
2. How often do they call trades? Usually the less often, the more likely they are to be a profitable service.
3.Do they give money and risk management advice? How much position size to trade and what % of account size to trade.
4.Do they give live access on skype, msn, yahoo messenger etc?
5.Do they provide only trade entry signals ?or do they provide both entry and exit signals?
6.What currency pairs are traded?
7.Refund conditions if signals are not delivered
Avoid signal scammers
The only time a signal seller can considered is if he reimburses a buyer for losses as a result of signals Be smarter than signal seller is.Many Online signal sellers believe they are better than you are! Do not allow them to cheat you. The basic principle of scamming opportunity is to offer you exactly what you are searching for.....a forex signal service a holy grail which will turn your trading into profitability,. Easy money for nothing. Signal Scammers know this fact and they will offer you a great income for only small investment from your side. Here is the hook. They are living on small investment but from several people. Yes they are able to make pretty nice cash but you are the person who pay their dreams.$10 a month is not a lot of money , but signal scammers get $10 from 5,000 buyers from example , it makes $50,000 a month for the scammer
seller advertises trading signal service with a high success rate. 1000 people sign up to try it. The forex services send signals to 500 subscribers to go long on EUR/usd and 500 subscribers to go short on EUR/usd. Let's assume that the forex market in fact goes long for EUR/usd. Now 500 people are happy, and 500 people are mad. The 500 mad people may quit the service (or they may give it a try for longer).Next month, the automated forex service takes the 500 happy people, and signals 250 to go long on EUR/USD and 250 to go short on EUR/USD. Again, let's assume that the forex market goes long. Now, 250 are happy, and 250 are mad. Of course, the 250 mad people may still stick around, but the end result is, that the forex service has made 2 months worth of subscriptions from 500 people just by using the "flip-the-coin" algorithm. I would say that is a scam, wouldn't you?
