I do not remember exactly ...
it is channel trading system for M15 timeframe (we have the thread), or asctrend in maksigen system thread.

Dots should be asctrend indicator (or Bykov trend or some variations), arrows are fractals, than channel indicator, RAVI is re-painting, Laguerre for oversolded or overbought levels, Trend ... it is Tartan's indcator from Trend thread or somple iTrend by lines (same thread), brown line with yellow/blue dots is Var Mov Avg indicator ...

Yes, it should be the system from the channel trading system thread on the forum (which I created sorry ).
