OK, I applied for a live account and was told the following:
Regretfully IFX is having trouble with the MT4 connections and IM not sure
when thay will clear this up. Would you mind using one of our other brokers

Interesting, I was not aware that Coesfx was available in the Metatrader 4 platform. This must be BRAND NEW. I promptly applied for a live account. I will report back with more information. Here is the email I received:

So I guess Coesfx is also now available in the Metatrader 4 platform. Good news!
