What happened, how can this thread be dead since August of '08 !?
I was in earlier part of thread, the EA had an expiration so a no-go. I emailed Muddyguy to his e-address on pdf, hope to find what the scoop is on EAs usage and availability. But maybe he disappeared due to too grand a deal he got with, and we are left high & dry?
Maybe we need to re-construct our own then from info on this thread?
