It looks like Envelopes to me, The pic attached is EUR 60m with two envelope sets and a matching MA setup in my MT4.

Settings are:
Envelope inner, 45 simple, deviation 0.8% thin line
Envelope inner, 45 simple, deviation 1.4% thick line
MA 45 simple
