I have read your claim and I am surprised of your reaction. Were you in the right mind when accepting The agreement on The Welcome Bonus receipt? All the company's rights including:
"8. The company has a right to decline client’s request for bonus without explaining the reason" are clearly defined there. So you should understand that we can do this.
But The agreement also includes point 9 which says: "The client has a right to question company’s decision within 10 days by e-mail:bonuses@instaforex.com."
It is the most rational thing you can do in your case. If you give me the number of your account I will help to find a solution.
