I just received this update from the author about the EA. We shall see if it comes to pass.

I just want to update everyone on what is going on and to let everyone know that my IB status is in the process, I just faxed this week some of the paper work and FXDD is waiting for the live version of my EA to be done in order to finalize this.
I want to thank everyone for continuing support and patience in this matter. For the “veteran” users of my system: they know how hard I worked to improve this system and they know better then anyone what a long journey we had. We came to a point where our long hours of testing and “tuning” the system took this shape of an automated trading expert advisor. This is another little “tune up” that we have to make in order to have it work properly.
PS. I know that some of you are eager to start trading live but I want to make sure that my EA is working properly in live trading for your benefit.
