For a professional "official" representative of your company, you're quite useless.
I should send a letter to your company talking about of what a horrible job you're doing on attempting to "quill" the tension on this forum regarding brokers, and how essentially you're creating, in my professional marketing opinion, horrible
PR.
Hopefully by then, we'll have a new representative that is more understanding on the fact that we have a right to complain, and you have the right to deal with it. But hey, you're the official representative- talks wonders about your company and yourself doesn't it?
