If person is experienced in making profits on failures and if he/she watchs economic situation he/she has not to be magician to open accounts with brokers hoping that failures will have a place and wait for this time.

That is what we are talking about! Quotes of that currency pairs were another at that moments, and brokers whose providers could cope with market volatility had shown marketable quotes. And mr aras194 had made use of failures in our system to make his unfair profit.
