It can be explained by the world economic crisis. The last time we could see such a volatility of markets was ten years ago in 1991. Nowadays day stock exchange fluctuations is equal to normal month fluctuations. And it is very great problem for markets all over the world. And of caurse it is the cause of numerous failures in the quotation system. Our quote-providers were not ready for such fluctulations. As financial-educated person, you should understand that.

There are ticket numbers on this statement; you should have keep the history of those tickets numbers. If this statement is fake, it should no be difficult to show here their real history, on which account they were traded, at which time, which pair, and so on...
I think that if you dont place your argumentation on the level of real facts, you will lose a lot of credibility.

And of course we have canceled all orders of all clients that were made in time of failures no matter were they profitable or unprofitable according to "The public offerta agreement". But you should understand we can not show their histories because it is confidential information and our clients won't be happy of that.
