I was reading the Terms and Conditions of Interbankfx.com about 3 months ago and saw nothing about scalping. I think that, if there is nothing forbidding it, it may be allowed.
On Oanda scalping is forbidden (they define scalping as becoming more recent data due to the delay experienced in the internet connection); I have also heard, that they will not allow you to trade the news, if you hold your position for less than 5 minutes. I can oly say that they are the top ranked broker by many traders.

Just curious,
how do you scalp? And what do you mean by "scalping"?
