I am very busy these few weeks so don't have time to reply any message here.No, i didn't try to withdraw part of fund from my account.I think Mr.Aleccoh Habib and Spacevision Or Mr. Tariq Maickhi are waiting for court judge decision,it is not so simple to withdraw any part of our money from the account now.I personal think liked this, if anybody do have time is no harm to try isn't it? But i sent e-mail to Mr.Sebastien Micotti & Monica Favre try to pass this information to them. I don't know whether can help to this case or not but the court decision need solid evidence ,i think.Otherwise we are at loose side. i just sent the e-mail this morning (Japan time)to them .See what their reply to me later,when i am free i will FW their reply here.The e-mail I was sent to them is as below;

How's the progress of the law suit of AleccohFX and Spacevision.Last time(14th may 2008) you told me there is still no evidence that our funds deposited with Aleccoh Fx in Lebanon have been held by or transferred to Aleccoh Fx SA Switzerland . How about now,any new evidence come out? By the way ,your side might already know this information,if not just let you know most of the accounts that deposited with AleccohFx Lebenon and Aleccoh Fx SA Switzerland now are in charge by SpaceVision Direct.Please read the evidence e-mail that showed below.That mean SpaceVision admited all our funds including deposited with Lebenon AleccohFx were funded to them isn't it? Otherwise why they taken over our account? I think Mr.Sebastien Micotti and Mr. Monica Favre may suggest the court judge look at this question and suggest the court have a look at our accounts statement that now are with SpaceVision Direct. The judge should make their final judge according what the real balanced remaining in the account isn't it?(As i know do have AleccohFx clients account got rid off the trading profit after they closed the account just after the froud between AleccohFx and Spacevision ,the balance remaining in the account is initial fund only.Of course they couldn't withdraw the fund until now too..Before the judge decision, they don't have the right to do this way,isn't it?
As I know Emerald worldwide Holdings,Inc.et al.in USA .that their asset and clients fund that under managed by Robb Evans &Associates,LLC.when it faced the law suit .They demanded the Emerald forex clients submited to them 6 types of documents that some really difficult to find out to submit to them. They said if not sent in full the documents than was no right to claimed back any funds.Luckly U.S Commodity Futures Tranding Commission(CFTC)investigated and collected all the documents from Emerald worldwide Holdings,Inc.et al.in USA . CFTC submitted the necessary documents to court and help some of the Emerald forex client claimed back their money by pro-rata after deducted the management cost and some other expenses. This is the real case happened to my friend that invested in CTI(Japan)http://www.cftc.gov/opa/enf04/opa5003-04.htm.(Read this home page if want to know more the information)If not the good investigation and action by CFTC, i think my friend couldn't claimed back a part of his money because he just could provided two documents that were not completed and was informed by Robb Evans &Associates,LLC.he was not qulification to claimed his fund.
I think Switzeland as the world know financial central .SFBC should followed and action liked CFTC try their best to help all the investors that have involved any financial sector in Switzerland.
