Yes I agree that due deligence is the order of the day.A lot of con artist and scammer has invaded the EA world and selling EA at inflated prices to newbies with the promise of Wealth Transfer and the only person that benefits form all this is the one selling the snake oil.
A certain person by the name of Emerson Duhart of Pa has been enticing newbies in handing over $3-$K for an EA with backtest and bogus performance reports,he is also selling the EA on ebay for $995 and he is promoting the bogus EA on You Tube and the comment section has been disabled by Emerson??
Emesrson also says that for the EA to work you hav eto be in a daily webinar and it starts at midnite some days after a losing streak.
Also Emerson had a previous website forexindependence where he was selling indicators obtained from this site for $550.
Emerson Duhart is nothing but a modern day Bank Robber selling a losing EA at $3-4K a pop...and no refunds as on website of Positive Pips.
I could go on and on but newbies please be extra careful when handing over your monies for any EA with bogus back tests that are enticing ...
