Preset files are the files the MetaTrader saves the
changes you've made to the Expert Advisor settings in order to enable you to load these settings anytime you want.
So, You use Preset files in the case of changing the default settings of the expert advisor(s) and you'll not use them in the case of using the default settings of the expert advisor(s).
