InstaForex Servers were attacked by hackers at 00:00 GMT+00, the attack drives to unavailability of our web-site instaforex.com during next 2 days for the period more than 20 hours. During all this time our technical department was solving the problems of availability of instaforex.com and security.instaforex.com.

All company’s services took an active part in consulting of clients in 24/7 mode. In the period of web-site unavailability the financial department took enquiries on withdrawal and replenishment by means of electronic and telephone communication. Part of the clients, who met the losses because of Margin Call and unavailability of trading accounts’ replenishment operations, got the full recovery of all lots after having appealed to dealer’s department.

Since 00:00 GMT+00 12 September, 2008 technical department started to recover the availability of servers and after 22:00 GMT+00 12 September, 2008 it was fully recovered. Hackers’ attack was thoroughly planned and included massive usage of grate amount of resources, that was to some extant unexpected for technical department. After having overcome the last attack, measures were taken in order to prevent the possibility of the same events’ resumption in future.
