I am using winrar because I can not download the file with more than 1 mb size to the forum (and nobody can). Winrar is the same with winzip but we can devide one file in to several parts. It is only reason why I am using it.

You may find winrar everywhere. Look at the link above to download it, or use any search engine to have the full version. For example, you may use www.rambler.ru , then type winrar download (in english) and press "search" and you will have it (in english as well). It is russian search engine but using it you may find many english versions of winrars.

You need winrar 3.0 or higher version. But winrar 3.0 is ok.
I am using winrar 3.0 beta.
