I don't have an automated one. Maybe some other has. But I can show you how to do it manually, using the Speed Line (Trendline) alone.

In your Trendline's properties, uncheck the Ray option.

Ta Da.. now you have the freedom to pull the length of the line to anywhere you like.

And the ray may works also in Fibonacci tools or mostly straight-line indicators. Hope this helps.
