They are all thieves...what good would a rating system do?

We only have a handfull of dealers here in the USA now with the new capital requirements...

And for the rest of the world....well....I will just leave it with "THEY ARE ALL THIEVES"....New regulations will just cause them to flee from one country to the next...once they get a taste of what they CAN make...the larceny in their hearts sets in...
