I would go the official way to the authorities (Procureur général etc.) with all the information collected (your treaties concluded with aleccoh/Alexandre Habib, bank transfer statements to him and other official proofs) so far and presenting them to push it further.

Well, all laywers are going to tell you just to forget the money in Lebanon being a customer located in Europe, USA or somewhere else since it's just too costly.
But sometimes have private initiatives success in finding people with the assistance of the authorities.

The address given with three phone numbers which a probably just rented:

International Office
Saifi - Burotec center

is nowadays not really helpful but a start for further investigations.

I'm missing here a correct and complete physical address again, ie including a street name and number.
Only local people probably know (or not?) Saifi - Burotec center.

Just did a google maps search for Saifi :

located at the southeastern periphery of Beirut city center, Saifi Village is described as a success story and as most prominent and expensive residential one.

But the above office is empty now that's for sure.

Btw: I also did a google map search for: Beirut, NA 99999 ---> but: not found!

seems to be correct and does exist. It seems to be a larger office building with companies like Subaru/Daihatsu -Lebanon etc.


To contact the private people above doesn't make really sense. Alexandre Habib is a relatively common name in Lebanon or might be a large family. But in this case you never get the truth.

Better go the official way and even then there is little hope.

My reason for stopping any further activities in April 2007 was the hiddening behind emails, mobile numbers and now even an incomplete physical address.
Although he has obviously given more address information for registering the site than to his customers!
Go the official way. that's the only chance....Procureur général , bank to which the money has been sent....
