has anybody ever seen any physical (office) address from
Alexandre Habib / Aleccoh in Lebanon ?

To my knowledge he just gave mobile phone numbers (I had one Lebanese mobile number in April 07) and email addresses.

I was not prepared to continue at that time with him on basis of an email address and mobile number only.

The one and only physical office address was later in Geneva with Spacevision (office sharing etc.) but that address is now obsolete,too.
