Umm, it is not really so useful - becourse you can not define lot size and stop loss/take profit with just this key. When I put orders I just stop chart with Right shift button and then place orders with comfort (then press this button again and proceed). I made some new tools in new version for this - by right click on diagram you can place pending orders at that price where you clicked from context menu, also you can buy or sell with stop loss at that price, so you don't need to enter stop loss manually.
